Can CBD be used with other medications?
Research suggests that CBD and other plant cannabinoids may alter the effects of some medication by inhibiting the activity of cytochrome P450, a family of liver enzymes. This alteration can make the medication not work or cause an increase in side effects. It is recommended that you consult your doctor before using CBD products with medications.
Can CBD be taken if pregnant?
In February 2020, the FSA issued guidance that those who are pregnant or breast feeding should not consume CBD products.
